Perl Updated

The version of Perl on the Minix 3.1.2a install does not include any of the modules which means that many scripts don't work correctly. This has been fixed and the new version can be obtained using 'packman'. Make sure you choose the Perl option from 'net' and not 'cdrom' to pick up the corrected version.
